When you submit the availability form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company (optional), email address, event date, and message. We use this information for one purpose only — to respond to your enquiry and, if you book, to organise your event.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and the performance of a contract if you book (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Form submissions are processed and delivered to us by Netlify, our website hosting provider. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for marketing without your consent.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind. Fonts and images are served directly from our own site — no third-party requests are made when you browse.
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on event planning, then deleted. Booking and invoicing records are kept as long as Latvian accounting law requires.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to its processing, at any time — just email hello@aristorobotics.lv. You also have the right to complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).
